EasyWeed is the most popular heat transfer vinyl due to its advantages. It applies at a lower temperature than other materials, the backing can be removed either hot or cold, and it does not peel off when removing the material. It is extremely durable, washable multiple times, and requires lower pressure during application.

Available in a wide variety of colors, it is made from flexible polyurethane with a thin and soft finish. Its composition allows for layering with other heat transfer films, offering endless combinations of colors and effects.

• Thickness: 90 microns
• The backing is adhesive polyester.
• Certification: REACH, OEKO-TEX (allows textile customization for newborns), and VeganOK.

Instructions for use:

1. Cut the film in a reflective image according to the desired design with:
• 45° blade;
• Pressure 60gf;
• Speed 30 cm/sec.
2. Remove the excess material;
3. Place the design on the fabric (with the backing facing up);
4. Perform the heat transfer of the film using a press under the following conditions:
• Temperature 150°C;
• Time 15 seconds;
• Medium pressure (2.5/3.5 bar);
5. You can also apply EasyWeed with an iron on "Cotton" or "Linen".

Iron application instructions:

1. Set the iron between cotton and linen;
2. Cover the design with Kraft paper or a non-stick sheet;
3. Place it on a flat, firm surface (ironing boards are not recommended);
4. Press the iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide the iron);
5. Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds;
6. If any part of the design lifts after application, replace the cover and press again for 5-10 seconds.
7. Remove the backing hot or cold;
8. Remove the cold/hot backing material.

Washing and maintenance:

• Washing can be done 24 hours after application, at a temperature up to 80°, inside out.
• The fabric on which the film has been applied can be ironed, inside out.
• Storage should be done vertically, at temperatures between 18°C and 26°C, for 2 years.
