EasyWeed is the most popular heat transfer vinyl. It has the advantage of being applied at a lower temperature than other materials, the carrier can be removed hot or cold, and it does not lift during the weeding process. It is extremely durable, washable over and over, and requires lower pressure during application.

EasyWeed is thinner than others on the market and offers a one-second tack application, ideal for multiple layers. It features a pressure-sensitive carrier that allows for the creation of detailed designs on a variety of fabrics.

Specifications:

• Thickness of 90 microns
• Adhesive polyester carrier

Film application instructions:

1. Cut the film as follows:
   • with a 45° blade
   • at a pressure of 60gf
   • at a speed of 30 cm/sec
2. Remove the excess material.
3. Place the design on the fabric (with the carrier side facing up).
4. Perform the heat transfer of the film with a press under the following conditions:
   • at a temperature of 150°C
   • for 15 seconds
   • at medium pressure (2.5/3.5 bar)

You can also apply EasyWeed with a home iron set to "Cotton" or "Linen".

Iron application instructions:

1. Set the iron between cotton and linen.
2. Cover the design with Kraft paper or a non-stick surface.
3. Place it on a flat, hard surface.
4. Press the iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide the iron).
5. Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds.
6. If parts of the design lift, replace the cover and press again for 5-10 seconds.
7. Remove the carrier hot or cold.

Maintenance:

• Washing can be done 24 hours after application, at temperatures up to 80°, inside out.
• The fabric can be ironed inside out.
• Storage should be done vertically, at temperatures between 18°C and 26°C, for 2 years.
