EasyWeed is the top heat transfer vinyl and offers many advantageous properties. It applies at a lower temperature than other materials, the liner can be removed either hot or cold, without tearing during the removal process. It is extremely durable, even after many washes, and requires lower pressure during application. EasyWeed is thinner than other products on the market and offers instant bonding application in one second, making it excellent for multiple layers.

Product Description:

• Flexible polyurethane film with a thin and soft texture.
• Its composition allows it to be layered with other heat transfer films, offering endless color combinations and effects.
• Thickness of 90 microns.
• The liner is made of adhesive polyester.
• REACH, OEKO-TEX, and VeganOK certifications.

Film usage instructions:

• Cut the film in mirror according to the desired design:
• with a 45° blade;
• at a pressure of 60gf;
• at a speed of 30 cm/sec.
• Remove the excess material (you can use a weeding tool);
• Place the design on the fabric (with the liner facing up);
• Perform the heat transfer of the film with a professional press under the following conditions:
• at a temperature of 150°C;
• for 15 seconds;
• at medium pressure (2.5/3.5 bar);

You can also apply EasyWeed with an iron set to "Cotton" or "Linen".

Iron application instructions:

• Set the iron between cotton and linen;
• Cover the design with Kraft paper or a non-stick sheet;
• Place it on a flat, hard surface (ironing boards are not recommended);
• Press the iron with medium/firm pressure (do not move the iron);
• Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds;
• If areas of the design lift, replace the cover and press again for 5-10 seconds.
• Remove the liner hot or cold;

Washing and maintenance:

• Washing can be done 24 hours after application, at a temperature up to 80°, from the inside out.
• The fabric on which the tape has been applied can be ironed, from the inside out.
• Storage should be done vertically, at temperatures between 18°C and 26°C, for 2 years.
