Rolta Soft cast padding bandage is used as a liner beneath plaster casts, support and compression bandages, as well as for lining splints and the inside of tubular bandages. It is made from non-absorbent polyester fibres with a crêpe texture and retains its elasticity even under continuous mechanical stress or heavy fluid exposure.
The fibres allow air and exudate to pass through, while the material helps regulate temperature. Its non-slip, self-retaining properties help ensure crease-free application.
