I bought it 2-3 times because of the price.. The chocolate coconut flavor is ok and it dissolves easily... But in the drink's residue, I'm chewing sugar... It must be full of sweetener... This particular protein is very value for money:
1) It has an impressive amino acid profile compared to other much more expensive and more branded ones. And for those who complain that it is not listed on the packaging (like others), with a question to the company, I received it within a day and I present it here.
2) It dissolves very easily and in seconds. I never shake the shaker for more than 15 seconds and it is completely dissolved.
3) The variety of flavors is satisfactory so you don't get bored and the flavors are not intense so they won't tire you out.
I highly recommend it.

Good price, but it makes me feel bloated and in the chocolate peanut butter flavor, the latter is quite strong. The gifts are unremarkable, the cookies are very sweet and full of fat/sugar, not protein, and the powder is extremely sweet - it makes you feel nauseous and has zero nutritional value (minimal vitamin C).

After consuming one kilo, there are several conclusions.
This particular protein is one of the so-called "pure" ones with a minimal percentage of carbohydrates, which makes it excellent for cutting and losing fat/weight. If combined with a creatine pre-workout, you see results in muscle mass increase without gaining fat (if your diet is proper). Very good solubility in water, excellent taste, does not cause bloating. It is definitely value for money and has nothing to envy from other well-known brands.
Additionally, it is from a Greek company.
I will definitely choose it again.

However, we buy it as a protein supplement, not just as a chocolate drink. I contacted the company by email requesting:
COA (Certificate of Analysis) for the batch / confirmation of analysis,
clarifications about the certifications listed on the packaging (ISO/HACCP/GMP),
I received no response.
I'm not saying the product is "bad" or "adulterated" — it's just that for me, the lack of response/transparency is a serious drawback. When I pay for whey, I want to know that I'm getting what's on the label, with some documentation.
Conclusion: For taste/dissolution 10/10, but due to zero transparency I will not buy it again and I do not recommend it to those who care about COA/certifications and reliability.

I bought Fire & Spear chocolate (2kg) again because I used to like it a lot. Now the new batch has a terrible taste like goat cheese – it lingers in the mouth and completely ruins the shake. It's not pleasant to drink. Solubility is OK, 25g protein is good, but the taste right now is a deal-breaker.

What I appreciate about this particular company is that they always, always send me various little gifts with every order. Samples of other flavors, protein bars, etc. I think it's a very clever move. They advertise their other products and the customer always appreciates something extra. Their flavors at first were a bit weak but lately, when I tried them, I think they must have changed the formula because they were quite intense and pleasant. Where I think no one can beat them is in the protein bars. They are incredible in taste, texture, size, and macros. Almost like the homemade ones I make myself.

I started it a few days ago. Very good solubility and easy to digest. We'll see if it has results, but it seems ok. As for the comments about sweeteners, they all have almost the same. If you want pure, don't get chocolate, get organic which is undrinkable, but don't fool yourself that you'll get harmed by such a small amount while you're eating chocolate wafers during the day...
