Biologos organic spearmint essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the whole Mentha spicata plant and contains 100% natural spearmint essential oil. It has a fresh, penetrating aroma with a camphoraceous character. It can be used in aromatherapy, massage and baths, provided it is first diluted in a suitable carrier.
For use in an aromatherapy diffuser, add 2–10 drops to water; for massage, use 25–30 drops per 100 ml of carrier oil. For a bath, 4–8 drops are recommended, and for inhalation, add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and keep away from children, pets and sources of fire.
