The 2 stars because I can't empty it completely from the drainage valve. It empties up to a certain point and then there is still a lot of water left, so it doesn't clean properly. I don't understand why the valve is at a height of 10 centimeters and not at the bottom of the pool so that all the water can drain. I am still trying to figure out how to empty it. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought it.
Update: I went to the department store where I bought it to ask for the contact information of an Intex representative. When I called him, he was very polite, but now that I called him for clarification and questions, he barely spoke to me and even told me that he is not a representative, even though he was one a month ago to make the sale. In any case, I am disappointed with the service. I have no one to explain to me what filter I need and what chlorine to use, and no one explained to me why so many liters of water cannot be drained when emptying the pool, even though they told me it could be done when I bought it.
