It keeps the water cold for several hours without ice cubes; of course, don't expect it to stay cold when exposed to the sun, which would obviously be an unreasonable expectation. It has three major problems. 1) The XL is not 1200ml. When I received it, it seemed small, I checked the Estia website and saw that the dark green one is indeed supposed to have a capacity of 1200ml. It holds exactly 980ml and no more, so that the lid can be screwed on. 2) The straw should be stainless steel or at least they should sell long stainless steel straws like they sell the replacement plastic straws. 3) It has been washed many times and still, after a while, the water takes on a plastic smell. It could have been almost excellent but...

Εχει τρία μεγάλα προβλήματα. 1) δεν είναι 1200ml το xl. Οταν το παρέλαβα μου φάνηκε μικρό, έψαξα στο site του estia και είδα ότι το πράσινο σκούρο είναι πράγματι χωρητικότητας 1200. To avoid confusion, let me clarify that the one I got is not the one with the white/semi-transparent lid, but the one that does not protrude and is the same color as the cup. It has been incredibly convenient for me. On the lid, at the hole for the straw, there is a silicone piece, like a thick membrane, so each time you have to gently push the straw in. So far, when I turn it almost upside down, there has been no leakage. I also measured with a precision scale (in ml) and it came out to 1,186 ml, which is okay—it might be because I didn’t fill it all the way, but still, it’s very close to what is stated. The water stays cool for hours, and if I put ice cubes in, it has kept it very cool-cold for an entire day. Just a note! Don’t use color or design as your basis, because with the same color there is another design (the lid I mentioned); I don’t know if it’s a different model—maybe older—and different ml. From the comments I saw some complaints, so I was prepared for those, since that’s what I could afford, this seemed like a relatively good choice. To my great surprise, personally, none of the complaints were true.

Nice thing to have in the house for water for example, but the lid doesn't lock on top. Basically, it screws on to lock, but it has a flexible hole for the straw to go in, so if you have something inside and it, for example, tips to the side, it spills immediately and you can't secure it. I don't understand this logic, I wanted to take it with me in a bag but it will 1000% leak.
ωραια φαση να το εχεις μεσα στο σπιτι για νερο πχ αλλα δεν ασφαλιζει απο πανω το καπακι. The only downside is that they say it fits in all car cup holders, not true at all, it doesn't fit anywhere in the car, it's too big. However, it does what it says and I recommend it unreservedly.... update: after half a year, due to the weight and the fact that it suctions and doesn't open easily, the handle broke and now it's useless.

To avoid confusion, let me clarify that the one I got is not the one with the white/semi-transparent lid, but the one that does not protrude and is the same color as the cup. It has been incredibly convenient for me. On the lid, at the hole for the straw, there is a silicone piece, like a thick membrane, so each time you have to gently push the straw in. So far, when I turn it almost upside down, there has been no leakage. I also measured with a precision scale (in ml) and it came out to 1,186 ml, which is okay—it might be because I didn’t fill it all the way, but still, it’s very close to what is stated. The water stays cool for hours, and if I put ice cubes in, it has kept it very cool-cold for an entire day. Just a note! Don’t use color or design as your basis, because with the same color there is another design (the lid I mentioned); I don’t know if it’s a different model—maybe older—and different ml. From the comments I saw some complaints, so I was prepared for those, since that’s what I could afford, this seemed like a relatively good choice. To my great surprise, personally, none of the complaints were true.

Nice thing to have in the house for water for example, but the lid doesn't lock on top. Basically, it screws on to lock, but it has a flexible hole for the straw to go in, so if you have something inside and it, for example, tips to the side, it spills immediately and you can't secure it. I don't understand this logic, I wanted to take it with me in a bag but it will 1000% leak.
ωραια φαση να το εχεις μεσα στο σπιτι για νερο πχ αλλα δεν ασφαλιζει απο πανω το καπακι.
