    After 3 consecutive weeks of daily use with 2 tablets per day, the results I saw were mediocre - so-so. I bought it exclusively to help with the fatigue-exhaustion of my sedentary lifestyle that I am currently experiencing this summer (slow swimming for 1 hour/3 times a week, walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes daily at a speed of 4 km/h, no work). It may require more time of use and maybe up to 4 tablets mentioned daily, and possibly it acts slowly, seeing results in an unknown depth of time... I will come back with updates.

    Update December 11th, 2022 = almost 4 months of use, with 2 tablets per day, I did not see any difference compared to before I started taking them, exactly the same activities in my life - except for swimming... completely unknown if they work internally, without any visible external signs... I am discontinuing them myself...
