    1) Every 30 uses, it requires a tablet for the salts (approximately every month) which increases the price of the product by 7€.
    2) It does not clean the joints, nor years-old dirt, nor walls, not even the soot from the fireplace

    A major drawback is the O rings that get destroyed very often, despite applying Vaseline on them!! I can only find them at the dealership and they are expensive! As a steam cleaner, it does a perfect job!
