The Levenhuk Wezzer PLUS LP150 is a professional weather station that measures atmospheric pressure, humidity, temperature, wind speed and gusts, rainfall amount and intensity, light level, and UV index. All measurements are taken via a single remote sensor.
The station features a clock with an alarm and calendar, with the date and time automatically adjusted via synchronization with the server. A color screen is used for monitoring and displaying measurements. Wi-Fi connection is utilized for synchronization with time servers and weather conditions (Weather Underground, Weather Cloud). This allows for monitoring forecasts and receiving alerts for hazardous weather conditions.
The station can also calculate meteorological indices, such as the dew point, heat index, and wind chill factor. If any of the values are outside the comfortable range, a warning will appear on the screen. For example, if the air temperature drops below 1°C, the user will see a frost warning.
It is capable of displaying values in different measurement units and recording measurement history for an hour, day, week, or month. A unique feature of this model is the measurement of light intensity on a scale of 1 to 200 kilolux and the UV index (from 0 to 15). The maximum values for both parameters are displayed, and exceeding comfortable levels is also accompanied by a warning on the screen.
The display of the weather station features LED lighting for use in low-light conditions. The remote sensor is powered by AA batteries or from the built-in solar collector. The main unit operates on AAA batteries or AC power. Batteries are not included.
