The compact MED Horizontal holster represents a modern approach to one of the most essential parts of your gear.
Made from Cordura® 500D, nylon 210D, and laser cut, this first aid kit is designed to be carried at the back of the belt. It works seamlessly with the Hornet® Skeletonized belt sleeve, although it can be mounted on any Molle/Pals compatible platform or on a belt up to 45 mm wide using paracord loops.
It will accommodate most of the popular first aid kits needed during a mission. Essential medical items are secured with elastic loops.
The minimalist, ambidextrous Hypalon® handle insert can be operated with one hand. At the top of the holster, there is a wide elastic loop for carrying a tourniquet, while at the back of the holster you can place a scissor pouch.
The Velcro® panel with the word "MED" allows for quick identification of the holster.
