    Negatives: There are NOT 3 cooking levels, which for me is the main drawback, since it is not suitable for an average family where the quantities are larger, besides the fact that it is advertised as having 3 containers.
    You CANNOT add water
    SHORT power cord
    Limescale comes off with a little water-vinegar and scrubbing with a soft cloth, but leaves faint marks and you need to make sure the base container does not come into contact with water, but is cleaned with a damp cloth without much water.

    So guys, the steamer only has two containers! At its base, which looks like it holds food, that's actually where you fill it with water! Maybe there is a smaller container that goes in there, but that's difficult since almost all the space fills with water... The containers seem to be of good quality! On the base, already from the first day today when I cooked, it produced something like salts on the surface, I can't explain it well! I won't rate it yet, it's too early (it won't let me), in general I only eat steamed food and I bought it to avoid plastic... I believe it won't disappoint me! UPDATE! After it tripped the relay several times, it might have burned out, I don't know guys, I'm desperate... Luckily I still have my old steamer so I can eat until I can buy another one... And I wouldn't write a bad review but since I only cook with steam due to health reasons, I'm doing this to inform anyone who might be in the same situation... To say that it was my fault, that I didn't let it dry well or I don't know what, but the other steamer all these years hasn't had any issues... okay, that's all the good stuff.
