Applied Nutrition's Amino Fuel is a powdered amino acid supplement containing L-leucine, L-glutamine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine, L-threonine, L-histidine, L-phenylalanine and L-methionine. It provides 11 g of amino acids per serving, including 9 g of essential amino acids (EAAs) and 6 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, along with 2,500 mg of L-glutamine. It also contains the Breathe Easy formula and can be consumed before, during or after training, as well as at any time of day when amino acid intake is needed.

To prepare, mix one 13 g scoop with 500 ml of water and shake well. It has an Icy Blue Raz flavour and mixes easily.
