Cool gel shoulder cryotherapy compress for the shoulder, made from skin-friendly material. Provides 360-degree compression therapy and fully covers the affected area. The Cool Gel is designed for safe use directly on bare skin.

Usage Instructions

Preparation for hot use: The cool gel can be safely heated in a microwave. For a microwave with power of 600-707 watts, the recommended heating time is 30-45 seconds per side. For a microwave with power of 1100 watts, the recommended time is 30 seconds per side. Before each application, check the material for any hot spots.

Preparation for cold use: For cold use, store in the freezer for at least 2 hours beforehand. You can leave it in the freezer and take it out when you want to use it.

Tip: Place in a plastic bag before freezing. The recommended usage duration is 10-15 minutes to avoid skin injuries. The frequency of use should be discussed with your doctor. Hourly breaks between applications are necessary.

Attention

The use of the compress should be avoided in:

• Areas with open wounds

• Cases of nerve damage or reduced sensation
• Allergies to the product materials
• Cold intolerance or a history of sensitivity to low temperatures

General cleaning & storage instructions

• Store away from sunlight and heat sources, in dry conditions, at a temperature of 10-25 degrees Celsius.
• Clean with a damp cloth and it is not suitable for use in washing machines/dryers.
