The Rosebud cylinder consists of a small-diameter cylinder with a rod that extends in and out of the cylinder. For use, lubricate the rod and the tip of the cylinder (use a good thick lubricant to ensure a proper seal), insert the rod inside until the tip of the cylinder applies pressure to the anus, and begin pumping.

Using this cylinder can prove difficult on your own. It is much easier with a partner.
