What is Pentart metal leaf? Metal leaf is a thin metallic film that imitates the rich appearance of real gold leaf. Careful surface preparation and a little patience guarantee an excellent metallic finish. You can gild practically any surface: wood, frames, furniture, ceramics, sculptures, canvas, elements of paintings.
How to use: The sheets adhere with a special gilding glue called mixtion. After drying, the excess sheets are removed with a soft brush, smoothing the surface. It is recommended to protect with gilding varnish or shellac solution.
