The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made of cast aluminum with a thickness of 6mm, featuring the new generation El Diamant coating, which offers exceptional scratch resistance and non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, ensures healthy cooking without the use of fats at low or medium temperatures, retaining the nutritional values of the food.

Care and usage instructions: Before using the cookware, wash them with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge, dry them, and then rub with butter or oil.
