A young man drops out of college to avenge his brother's death from drugs and joins the Drug Enforcement Agency.

Despite the dislike of his department head - not only from professional jealousy but also because his sister is in love with him - he manages to dismantle a large gang trafficking heroin.

His supervisor, in order to take revenge on him, imprisons him without revealing his true role in the case, as he has until that moment been acting as a drug addict rather than as a police officer.
