Professional ProPix 850 projector by Philips with Full HD (1080p) resolution. The throw ratio indicates the width of the image produced by the projector when placed at a specific distance from the screen. For example, a throw ratio of 1.3:1 means that the image will be 1 meter wide when the projector is placed 1.3 meters away from the screen.
Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology is the most widespread projection technology, and there are projectors with one or three DLP chips. The image is created when the projector lamp's light passes through a rotating color wheel and is reflected by a chip with hundreds of thousands of tiny mirrors, each corresponding to a pixel. This chip is called a DMD (Digital Micromirror Device).
The ProPix 850 is suitable for rooms with plenty of lighting, such as classrooms or meeting rooms, and has good color performance.
- Brightness: 4000 ANSI Lumens
- Contrast: 1600:1
Brightness indicates how much light the projector can deliver to a specific surface area. "Brighter" projectors are recommended for spaces with many light sources, while "darker" ones are preferred in dark rooms.
