The CoolPAD grinding discs are specially designed for dry grinding of ceramics and porcelain on angle grinders. The composition of the diamond layer ensures consistently high processing speeds, providing the best surface quality. You can achieve the shine of the tiles without worrying about damage to the edges. The "evolvent" shaped profile of the layer effectively removes sludge from the grinding zone. Due to these properties, one disc replaces three grinding wheels with different grit numbers. Specifically, #1 replaces grits 30, 60, 120, #2 replaces 120, 200, 400, and #3 replaces 400, 800, 1000. This is very convenient! Before the first use, the working surface of the disc should be sharpened with abrasive material. The grinding discs are produced with an outer diameter of 100 mm and are available in three quality grades: #1, #2, #3.
