The professional surface means easy cleaning and the 12 gauge steel is economical and durable. To maintain the quality of the pan for 100 years, wash it by hand and dry it with oil. Applying a light layer of vegetable oil after each use keeps the steel coated and protected from moisture.

Avoid dishwashers, metal brushes, and strong detergents as they can remove the oil coating. Carbon steel is a favorite among chefs, with high heat retention for optimal cooking. The oil layer improves with use. Includes 3 steel rivets for optimal handle fastening. Use metal or heat-resistant utensils.
