The Lodge L-CRS8 frying pan combines carbon steel with an interior ceramic coating. It has a deep, round shape and a diameter of 20 cm, and its black surface comes pre-seasoned for use straight from the factory.

It is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, as well as for use in an oven, on a grill or over a campfire. Hand-wash and dry immediately; after each use, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to maintain the surface. Metal scouring pads and strong detergents remove the seasoned coating, while metal or heat-resistant cooking utensils can be used.
