It had a problem with the lighting board - it remained faintly lit even when it was in OFF mode - which would only turn off when the power supply was cut. So if you wanted the fan on at night, you always had a "full moon" in the room.
Very good service from MORRIS, immediate communication and follow-up to solve the problem. They sent me a replacement board, but that one had the same problem. In the end, I returned the product and the replacement board to them and they sent me a new product which worked properly. And all of this without any extra charge.
I highly recommend it. Elegant, noiseless, with a slow speed that is not annoying but also very fast for those who are particularly demanding. The light can be dimmed and changes shades. The only feature that might be unnecessary is the WIFI connectivity. You are in the room and you have the remote control in your hand. OK... You can also control it from your mobile phone.
