Also known as Straight Vallisneria, Tape Grass, or Eel Grass. Its origin is Asia, and in nature its distribution extends across this continent, as well as Africa and southern Europe, where it grows in both still and flowing waters.

The Leopard is a larger variation of the Vallisneria Spiralis species, with wider and thicker leaves featuring horizontal stripes or spots, from which the name Leopard is derived.

This classic aquarium plant grows quickly and is easy to care for, not being very selective as long as it receives a sufficient amount of light and nutrients, including iron.
