The TRITON N-DOC Test is a high-precision laboratory analysis for key Nitrogen compounds, Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC), and true Alkalinity.

With the N-DOC Test, reef aquarium owners can balance and monitor the nutrients that affect the populations of bacteria, cyanobacteria, and algae in closed reef systems.

  • Provides information on complex organic systems in seawater: Carbon and Nitrogen.
  • Through the N/C/P ratio (Nitrogen / Carbon / Phosphorus), it allows you to manage carbon/amino acid sources and control their impact on bacteria and corals in reef aquariums.
  • Eliminates problems caused by "blind" dosing.
  • Can be used to troubleshoot issues and determine the need for corrective water changes.
  • Addresses common problems such as coral deaths and cyanobacteria.

Instructions for conducting the TRITON water analysis:

  • Create an account and register your aquarium details on the TRITON LAB page.
  • Fill the 2 vials included in the package with water from your aquarium and seal them tightly.
  • Affix the labels with the barcodes to the 2 vials.
  • Register the barcode in the corresponding field in your account on the TRITON LAB page.
  • Send the vials directly to TRITON LAB or contact them for shipping.
