    It seems like a quality grater (zester) because it is also heavy compared to others I have had in the past. It does an excellent job with citrus fruits. Unfortunately, however, it does not have the same effectiveness with spices. It hardly grates them at all. And for cheeses, I would say it is somewhat mediocre (-_-)
