Decent camera, it has been in use for 8 months now. It hasn't shown any problems. However, under no circumstances should you buy a camera with less than 2k resolution; even this one at 2k you would call its image acceptable and it doesn't have a perfect/crystal clear image. The wifi signal reception is not good, even with its antennas for assistance, while all other devices in the same spot get a stable and strong signal, this one has fluctuations in its reception, without causing any particular problem

Very good outdoor camera! I installed it in a house in a village with internet around 20 Mbps and it works flawlessly

I think it's a decent and honest product, works very well for its price, but the zoom is a bit disappointing; after 10 meters you can't read a car's license plate

Decent little camera but it's for short distances, 2-6 meters if you want to see faces clearly. For 13 meters distance, which is what I needed it for, its resolution didn't do the job for me.

The AI of Tapo needs improvement; it can recognize even a bag as a face, and it detects movement that could be a shadow at night or plants moving due to the wind. Although it gives you the option to correct the event in order to improve the AI, in reality, it does not improve. The result is that you end up disabling features or lowering the sensitivity so you don't constantly receive notifications for false detections. The resolution is satisfactory even at night.

Simple connection, very good Tapo app. Quality image with very good zoom. I have placed them in a covered outdoor area for extra protection over time. It has a nice waterproof plastic cover to protect both the 12-volt connection and the ethernet connection.

I have bought several from the company, this is perhaps the best, but I now prefer those that are completely autonomous with a panel so that no power supply is needed where they will be installed, as two of my C320WS had their power supplies burn out and the company does not sell them separately, so it was an issue to find suitable replacements

With experience from Xiaomi cameras, TP-LINK has incomparably easier connection and setup.
Clear instructions in the manual, it immediately upgraded to the latest firmware, and the steps to create an account were few and simple.
A 256GB msd was installed and recording in 1080 lasts for more than 2 days. Navigation through events is easy and has zoom capability.
The image is detailed day and night with very good AI surveillance function that successfully distinguishes people, animals, vehicles.
Notifications inform you about "motion" or "person", which is very important.
I have it connected to Videolan to watch the live feed on the computer, it supports the rstp protocol.

Review after one year of 24/7 use: 0 disconnections. Very good recording / live streaming quality (2K), very good night vision. I have installed it at my country house along with 2 other C320ws. So far, they have been excellent!

Guys, the top camera freezes, it doesn't receive the signal on time, it keeps blinking constantly and it's not efficient

In the end, we should evaluate after using a product for a few months first. I bought two such cameras from a well-known chain. The first worked well for about 5 months and then suddenly stopped working after some rain. It is supposed to be waterproof. The second had problems from the start. Every day it would stop working for no reason. The internet was very strong. In the end, I got tired of constantly restarting and contacted the well-known chain 3 months ago and I am still waiting for them to notify me. Useless products, useless warranties.

Very good camera for its price! The resolution is excellent, with a clear image both during the day and at night. The Tapo app is user-friendly and offers many options (e.g. motion detection, notifications, monitoring). The Wi-Fi connection is stable and I have not experienced any disconnections. Overall, very satisfied, I highly recommend it!

I have read negative reviews about features that, for me so far, work very well. You set the motion detection area clearly, I have a large dog that it does not recognize as human detection. No disconnections. With motion tracking not across the entire range and very good night capture in low light. Overall, a reliable camera in a user-friendly app.

for some reason it loses connection and you have to unplug it and plug it back in to do a full reset

in operation with motion detection it loses connection with the app every about 2 days. By disabling it, the disconnections stop. I hope for a quick firmware update

Excellent outdoor camera with many features. It lost the 5th star because, as I explain below, I have false alarms, and unfortunately this affects the reliability of a camera.
Negatives:
1) When you zoom in while watching live, the image quality drops significantly (it's digital, there is no mechanical zoom capability).
2) I have set it to notify me only on person detection (theoretically, it can distinguish a person from animals). Nevertheless, I keep getting false alarms for person detection when it's actually animals (cats). I don't know if this can be fixed with a software update.

After 3 months of use in an outdoor space, it works very well, easy to connect, at €55 that I bought it, it's worth it

I have it at the entrance of the warehouse which is 100 meters away from the main gate of the field and it detects a car at 100 meters, incredible, no camera has detected so far, all show up to 20 meters.. the zoom is very good and it detects everything and it is incredibly sensitive

Very good for its price and does exactly what it says. It just works only on 2.4 GHz wifi networks, so if someone has 5GHz they will need to change it from the router settings

Amazing camera, 360 degrees, works at night as well. The image quality during the day is amazing, the sound comes through just fine, and at night the image with low or no lighting is equally good.
It comes with the Tapo app which is easy to connect and you can operate it remotely without even being connected to the home network. In fact, the administrator can grant access to third parties, but without many of the options he/she has.
Its response to commands is very good. The image quality, as I mentioned, is very good, but of course it also depends on the network speed.
I use it to monitor if my father needs anything and there have been several times when I have spoken to him through the camera with quite a bit of clarity and fidelity.

Unfortunately, it would need better resolution because at 10 meters you CANNOT easily recognize a face, nor can you see a car license plate. It also misses some notifications, even though I have set the sensitivity to the maximum.
