The convertible Milly Mally Optimus Plus tricycle can be used in four ways: as a tricycle without pedals, as a pedal tricycle, with a parent handle, or as a balance bike after folding the rear wheels. The removable parent handle adjusts to four lengths, while the seat is height-adjustable and the handlebar angle can be changed.

It has a steel frame, foam wheels, a steering limiter, a footrest and a foldable rear fork. The pedals are attached to the front wheel and can be fitted to the base of the handlebar stem.
