The Jumbotape Proff is a strong and durable tape recommended for sealing installations with dimensions ranging from 3/4" to 2½", operating temperatures from -200 to +160°C, and pressure not exceeding 30 bars.

It can be used for sealing drinking water installations, hot water systems, heating, compressed air, steam, and similar applications.

It is ideal for sealing installations with "rough" and not very precisely constructed threads.

APPLICATION:

• For sealing threaded connections in drinking and service water systems, compressed air, cooling, steam, and hydraulic systems.
• Can be used with most materials, such as metals, plastics, and fibers.
• Can be used for sealing connections in areas with special hygiene requirements - hospitals, food industry facilities, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The JUMBOTAPE exhibits all the characteristics that define PTFE. The choice of sealing tape should depend on the task being performed - the denser the PTFE in the tape, the more resistant the tape is to temperatures and pressures.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Clean the surfaces to be joined thoroughly.
• Wrap the tape around the entire thread with an overlap of 1/2 to 3/4 of the tape's width.
• Tighten the connection.
