The Meade Polaris 127 EQ reflector telescope gathers light through its 127 mm aperture and 1,000 mm focal length, making it suitable for observing the Moon, planets and deep-sky objects. Its equatorial mount has slow-motion controls for tracking celestial objects as they move across the sky. The red-dot finder helps locate them.
The package includes three 1.25″ MA eyepieces with focal lengths of 26 mm, 9 mm and 6.3 mm for low, medium and high magnification, as well as a 2x Barlow lens. Focusing is handled by a rack-and-pinion mechanism, while the tripod has stainless steel tubular legs and comes preassembled.
