The Levenhuk 700M monocular microscope is a biological microscope with a metal body, designed for studying transparent samples using transmitted light. This microscope can be used for educational purposes and hobbies, as well as in medical and clinical research, contributing to bacterioscopy and cystoscopy. It is suitable for home laboratories, educational or medical institutions.

The microscope features a revolving nosepiece with 4 objective lenses. The set includes achromatic objective lenses with different magnifications, one of which is an immersion type. The use of immersion oil can significantly improve the brightness of the observed microscopic samples and increase the magnification limits.

The kit includes two wide-angle eyepieces – a 10x and a 20x Huygens, which combine to provide a wide range of optical observations. The total magnification range of the microscope is from 40x to 2000x.

The monocular head is inclined at 45°, which is especially important for prolonged observations. This position reduces neck muscle strain and ensures maximum comfort during use. For more comfortable group work, the microscope head rotates around its axis. It is not necessary to rotate the entire device to show colleagues or students details of the observed samples.

The stage moves vertically and horizontally, making it easier to observe samples even at maximum magnification. It features a coordinate scale that helps with precise movement along the axes. The stage is adjusted manually.

The focusing has two adjustment types – coarse and fine. The adjustable brightness of the illumination is located under the stage. The Abbe illuminator with its diaphragm is used for even better illumination of the observed samples.
