Each fiber is braided using micro-pitch technology and then undergoes a special thermal treatment, allowing each fiber to bond with all the others. The result is a perfectly round and firm line, with zero stretch, which could not be achieved with conventional lines.

Additionally, the abrasion resistance has been greatly improved and is approximately three times higher than other lines. The Super X8 line also goes through a special water-repellent treatment. Water absorption has been reduced, the line drains quickly, and thus the management of the line, as well as the retention of foreign particles such as dust, has been drastically minimized.

Drop a droplet of water on the line and check how well it repels water. Moreover, this treatment reduces friction as the line passes through the guides, thereby increasing casting distance and making winding on the reel smoother.
