Upgraded extrusion mechanism with a dual gear drive, designed for more stable filament feeding and improved control of material flow during printing. The dual engagement of the filament offers stronger grip with less deformation, reducing the risk of jams in the PTFE tube, nozzle, or hotend.

The improved design of the intermediate gear features two support washers to maintain the correct position of the gear and prevent contact with the bottom of the arm.

The built-in adjustable spring allows the pressure on the filament to be adjusted via the adjustment screw, helping to improve feeding accuracy and reduce issues during retraction.

Made of aluminum alloy, the extruder offers increased durability and stability. It supports filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm and is compatible with specific 3D printer models.
