The Deepcool AG620 BK ARGB V2 active CPU cooler uses a precision copper base and six 6 mm copper heat pipes with direct contact to transfer heat. Its aluminum heatsink has densely packed checkerboard-arranged fins and supports processors with a TDP of up to 260 W.

The two 120 mm fans are PWM-controlled and operate at 300–1950 rpm ±10%. The ARGB lighting is addressable.
