Future Compatibility

Purchased at the end of July 2025, for an i5-14600KF, the results are very satisfactory. The maximum temperature I have seen under full CPU load is 82C. In terms of noise, depending on how you set the fans, it ranges from slightly noisy to completely silent! I recommend it, it is a worthy cooler for its price!

Excellent choice for AIO. VfM product and at the same time high performance.
Thick radiator. Usually thicker than other AIOs. It helps with performance.
When installing on AM4, it leaves about 5 millimeters of the CPU Heatspreader uncovered.
Prefer the separate cables included in the package for individual control of VRM, Pump, and Fan.
I did not use the fans to have an opinion, but I believe that with the proper settings they will be just fine.
The pump sounds like in all AIOs. Barely audible, nothing special. That’s why we say air coolers are quieter.
Definitely recommended.

Κατά την τοποθέτηση σε AM4, αφήνει περίπου 5 χιλιοστά το Heatspreader του CPU ακάλυπτο.
Προτιμήστε τα ξεχωριστά καλώδια που έχει η συσκευασία για ξεχωριστή ρύθμιση VRM, Pump και Fan.
Δεν χρησιμοποίησα τους ανεμιστήρες για να έχω άποψη, αλλά θεωρώ πως με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις θα είναι μια χαρά.
Η αντλία ακούγεται όπως σε όλες της AIO. Ελάχιστα όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Γι’ αυτό λέμε πως οι αεροψύξεις είναι πιο ήσυχες.

Very good, for those who install the liquid cooler on AM4, don't be alarmed when you see that 5% of the processor on top is not covered by the cooler. That's how it is, the offset is changed for better cooling on the hot spots of AM4.
After about 1 month of use in a system:

Idle, because Ryzen processors always run at their maximum, depending on the setting I'm at around 40~ degrees with room temperature at 24~

DayZ (Extreme graphics), 60-65 degrees
Battlefield 6 (Overkill graphics), 60~ degrees.
Generally, in various other games I tested, it's around 60~
I didn't do a Stress Test, I don't know, many people say 70-75~
- In my system I also have the same type of fan for exhaust (1 rear & 1 top)
We all know the NZXT H500i is one of the cases with the worst airflows. If the installation was done in another case with better "intake", the results might have been even better.
Πολυ καλη, για οσους βαλουν την υδρόψυξη σε ΑΜ4 , μην τρομάξετε οταν δείτε το 5% του επεξεργαστή απο πάνω να μην το καλύπτει η ψύξη. Ετσι ειναι, ειναι το offset αλλαγμένο για καλύτερη ψύξη στα ζεστά σημεία των ΑΜ4.

The Arctic Freezer III Pro 240 is one of the most powerful 240mm AIOs you can get right now, with performance that easily reaches high-end levels and a very good price/performance ratio, but at the cost of increased noise at full speed and some attention needed to the pump.
The Freezer III Pro 240 uses an improved block and pump compared to the previous Liquid Freezer II, aiming for higher performance on modern Intel and AMD processors, including LGA1700/1851 and AM4/AM5. (We installed it on AM5)
- Noise and VRM shielding
The P12 Pros reach up to 3000rpm and can become noticeably noisy if running at 100%, so it practically "asks" for a custom fan curve from BIOS or software to keep a balance between noise and temperatures.
- Quality, compatibility, and installation
The kit comes pre-assembled (fans already on the radiator) and with a single cable for much cleaner cable management, which makes setup much easier in mid-tower builds. Arctic provides official support for Intel LGA1700/1851 and AMD AM4/AM5, with much improved mounting that better covers the hotspots of modern CPUs.

Cooling performance: High-end 240mm levels, easily for high-end CPUs at stock or light OC

Απο θεμα θορυβου, αναλόγα πως θα ρυθμισεις τα fans απο λιγο θοριβωδες εως και τελειως ησυχο! Το προτεινω, ειναι ενα αξιο για τα λεφτα του cooler!
Excellent choice for AIO. VfM product and at the same time high performance.
Thick radiator. Usually thicker than other AIOs. It helps with performance.
When installing on AM4, it leaves about 5 millimeters of the CPU Heatspreader uncovered.
Prefer the separate cables included in the package for individual control of VRM, Pump, and Fan.
I did not use the fans to have an opinion, but I believe that with the proper settings they will be just fine.
The pump sounds like in all AIOs. Barely audible, nothing special. That’s why we say air coolers are quieter.
Definitely recommended.

Χοντρό ψυγείο. Συνήθως πιο χοντρό από άλλες AIO. Βοηθάει στην απόδοση.
Κατά την τοποθέτηση σε AM4, αφήνει περίπου 5 χιλιοστά το Heatspreader του CPU ακάλυπτο.
Προτιμήστε τα ξεχωριστά καλώδια που έχει η συσκευασία για ξεχωριστή ρύθμιση VRM, Pump και Fan.
Δεν χρησιμοποίησα τους ανεμιστήρες για να έχω άποψη, αλλά θεωρώ πως με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις θα είναι μια χαρά.
Η αντλία ακούγεται όπως σε όλες της AIO. Ελάχιστα όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Γι’ αυτό λέμε πως οι αεροψύξεις είναι πιο ήσυχες.
Οπωσδήποτε προτείνεται.
Very good, for those who install the liquid cooler on AM4, don't be alarmed when you see that 5% of the processor on top is not covered by the cooler. That's how it is, the offset is changed for better cooling on the hot spots of AM4.
After about 1 month of use in a system:
Installation: front-mount with pull fans (no push from the front)

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x

Idle, because Ryzen processors always run at their maximum, depending on the setting I'm at around 40~ degrees with room temperature at 24~
Gaming: (2K 27' 144hz)
DayZ (Extreme graphics), 60-65 degrees
Battlefield 6 (Overkill graphics), 60~ degrees.
Generally, in various other games I tested, it's around 60~
I didn't do a Stress Test, I don't know, many people say 70-75~
- In my system I also have the same type of fan for exhaust (1 rear & 1 top)
We all know the NZXT H500i is one of the cases with the worst airflows. If the installation was done in another case with better "intake", the results might have been even better.
Πολυ καλη, για οσους βαλουν την υδρόψυξη σε ΑΜ4 , μην τρομάξετε οταν δείτε το 5% του επεξεργαστή απο πάνω να μην το καλύπτει η ψύξη. Ετσι ειναι, ειναι το offset αλλαγμένο για καλύτερη ψύξη στα ζεστά σημεία των ΑΜ4.

The Arctic Freezer III Pro 240 is one of the most powerful 240mm AIOs you can get right now, with performance that easily reaches high-end levels and a very good price/performance ratio, but at the cost of increased noise at full speed and some attention needed to the pump.
The Freezer III Pro 240 uses an improved block and pump compared to the previous Liquid Freezer II, aiming for higher performance on modern Intel and AMD processors, including LGA1700/1851 and AM4/AM5. (We installed it on AM5)
- Noise and VRM shielding
The P12 Pros reach up to 3000rpm and can become noticeably noisy if running at 100%, so it practically "asks" for a custom fan curve from BIOS or software to keep a balance between noise and temperatures.
- Quality, compatibility, and installation
The kit comes pre-assembled (fans already on the radiator) and with a single cable for much cleaner cable management, which makes setup much easier in mid-tower builds. Arctic provides official support for Intel LGA1700/1851 and AMD AM4/AM5, with much improved mounting that better covers the hotspots of modern CPUs.

Cooling performance: High-end 240mm levels, easily for high-end CPUs at stock or light OC
Noise: Very good at mid RPM, noticeable at full RPM (fans + pump).

For use in a gaming/streaming PC or workstation with a powerful CPU, it is an excellent choice if you don't mind adjusting curves a bit to limit noise and the pump. If your priority is absolute silence instead of maximum performance, you might be interested in AIOs with more "mild" fans from the factory, but usually with slightly worse temperatures.

Purchased at the end of July 2025, for an i5-14600KF, the results are very satisfactory. The maximum temperature I have seen under full CPU load is 82C. In terms of noise, depending on how you set the fans, it ranges from slightly noisy to completely silent! I recommend it, it is a worthy cooler for its price!
