The FX2 is a full-frame camera from the Cinema Line series, designed as a gateway to professional cinematography. It combines the high image quality of a full-frame sensor with cinematic, expressive capabilities, delivering stunning cinematic images with beautiful background defocus (bokeh).

The Exmor R CMOS sensor with back-illumination and the advanced artificial intelligence processing unit provide high sensitivity and 33 MP1 resolution, ideal for filmmakers. Image quality is ensured with smooth gradations, thanks to the 15+ stop dynamic range when recording with S-Log32.

The FX2 supports three Log recording modes — Flexible ISO, Cine EI, and Cine EI Quick. Multiple recording formats are available with 7K oversampling and 10-bit depth, for flexible shooting and editing. The camera allows the import of up to 16 user LUTs, making it easy to create different moods and customize color.

With a desqueeze function for anamorphic lenses and freedom of frame rate, the FX2 supports slow motion and high frame rate settings. It features over 70 E-mount lenses, offering great variety in expressiveness.

Real-time recognition autofocus enables precise subject tracking, while image stabilization enhances stability during shooting. The auto framing function and focus transition options provide easy settings for professional use.

The FX2 features a tiltable high-definition electronic viewfinder, offering excellent clarity even in bright conditions. It is ideal for standalone shooting with built-in accessory mounting points, combining performance and ease of use to deliver professional-quality video.
