The systematic presentation of the institutions of real rights and the provision of solutions to difficult-to-interpret issues remains a primary goal of the 3rd edition of the reference book on Real Law, which has a dual objective: to provide reliable support to every legal professional in daily practice and to help them shape their legal thinking.

The new edition takes into account all significant legislative changes, such as Law 5095/2024 for consensual pre-registration without the intervention of a court decision, Law 5123/2024 which introduced a new legislative framework for the establishment of pledges on claims, Law 5092/2024 which modernized the legislation concerning the shoreline and beach, and Law 5108/2024, which abolished the Peace Courts, in conjunction with Law 5134/2024 which adapted the Code of Civil Procedure to the new "judicial map," as well as the laws regarding the National Cadastre.

The Author acknowledges that the last decade has been characterized by the exponential increase in the importance of land registry law, and this fact necessitated the overall adaptation of the present work, both by referencing the provisions of Law 2664/1998 ("National Cadastre and other provisions") in almost all of its content and by the addition of two new paragraphs (§§ 94, 95). These present a general overview of the stages of land registration and the specific issues that arise within each context.

Thus, the reader of this work acquires a vivid picture of Real Law in its contemporary, relevant dimension, presented with clarity and completeness, guided by the Author's belief that, "The doctrine of civil law is validated and established only by the fair resolution of the specific dispute."
