For optimal results, the following instructions are recommended:

  • Cut a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil (15cm – 30cm) and fold it in half.
  • Seal the sides by folding the foil twice to create a pouch.
  • Fill the pouch with pellets, leaving enough space at the top to fold and seal it.
  • Make a small hole in the center of the pouch on one side.
  • Push as much air out of the pouch as possible.
  • Place the pouch over the heat source (charcoal or gas flame) with the hole facing up.
  • To optimize the cooking process, it is recommended to close the barbecue lid.
