This book is aimed at children attending preschool, their educators, and their parents who want to help their children discover knowledge and believe in themselves through creative and playful activities, developing their skills and cultivating their critical thinking.

It is based on the principles of the New Curriculum of the Ministry of Education for Kindergarten, but adapted to the ages of children attending preschool.

It is divided into sections, and most of the worksheets are based on poems written by the book's author, Ariadne Evangelopoulou.

The aim of the book is to provide children with the opportunity to gain self-confidence through enjoyable activities, to develop their oral language and enrich their vocabulary, to enhance their fine motor skills, and to know and present themselves. Children will be able to learn about colors, animals, the four seasons, weather phenomena, hygiene and nutrition rules, and to understand spatial and temporal concepts, opposites, shapes, and basic numbers.

With crafts and enjoyable activities, they will learn to approach Global Days, our National Holidays, Christmas, and Easter, and they will learn to recognize and express their emotions. And it sends a message to all of us. Believe in the child! Respect its uniqueness and trust its abilities.
