How do I use Express Strips?

• Open the sachet with dry fingers and remove the whitening strip from the sachet.
• Moisten your teeth with your tongue and place the strip along the row of teeth, aligned with the gum line.
• Make sure your mouth and lips are as open as possible.
• Moisten the strip with your tongue.
• If you want to whiten both the upper and lower row of teeth, repeat steps 1-3 on the row of teeth not yet used.
• One strip dissolves in 15-20 minutes.
• Result: teeth up to 2 shades whiter.
