very good television especially for 600 euros that I bought it perfect colors very good picture
The sound is average, a soundbar saves the situation, the picture is very good, overall I am satisfied
I got a defective model. After one day of use, the screen started to look like a negative film (it wouldn't load the photos for me to upload). Of course, I sent it back for replacement but Plaisio gave me store credit so I went to another company. Overall, I didn't like it. Very slow response to everything. The processor promises a lot but does nothing.
Defective model! After purchasing the TV, we had to return it twice, as it presented the same problem. Specifically, white "shadows" appear all around the edge of the screen when content with dark colors is displayed. The phenomenon is particularly noticeable in dark scenes and negatively affects the picture quality.
The picture is quite good but I think the one from TCL is better. The sound is satisfactory, but if the TV is placed in a large room it is not sufficient.
It is not very smart since it does not connect with Alexa. The matter function works as a hub, which is not very convenient.
The remote control is not very ergonomic. Also, it does not have info for the channels.
Its black: Awful
Personally, I don't care.
If I hadn't read it in the comments, I would never have noticed it.
Its sound: Average to bad
But when you connect it to a PS5 console, I was amazed.
Amazing colors.
Purchase of the TV at the beginning of September and communication with a well-known chain from where it was bought regarding the issues you see in the photos. The day before yesterday, after 5 months of hassle and arguments, we were informed that LG's approval of the credit note is pending. This particular batch has countless issues. I experienced all the problems that users have mentioned below.
But the worst was LG's attitude. And logically, I wouldn't have been able to sort things out if a lawyer friend hadn't taken over.
The TV needs adjustment otherwise it is unwatchable, I have applied the following settings to the picture and the lighting in the corners has almost disappeared (the phone camera makes it look brighter while in reality it is black)
Purchase from a large chain of electrical appliances on 6/2/2026. As soon as I operated it, I saw the image I have uploaded. I contacted the chain on 07/02 and received a response on 19/02 that the TV operates within specifications. I asked the following question: what sane person would buy this TV if they saw this image? Truly a great disappointment, both for the TV and the chain.
I have contacted the official LG representative and I am waiting for a response, I will return with new comments!!!
New comments!!!! LG service recognized that the product was faulty and wanted to proceed with a replacement. However, since I saw from other comments that the model is generally problematic, I requested a credit note, which was approved, and I bought an OLED.
very bad as soon as I opened it
It came to the living room replacing an LG 43" from 2011. The difference is vast, it arrived and left me watching it with my mouth open. I don't ask for much from a TV. This one gives me something more. If you can, put the biggest one you can in your living room... it's worth it.
I should have gotten an OLED... the dimming zones are obvious since they are vertical columns of light and not small areas.
As everyone writes, there might be an issue with a batch of this particular model. I contacted LG, sent them photos, and they admitted the problem with my TV. They sent a technician from an authorized store who picked it up to examine it. I am awaiting the results and will update you.
Update 14/1/2026
After contacting LG, they called me today and told me they would replace the TV with a new one. I've heard a lot here about their service; I can say that in my case, they treated me perfectly and immediately. I'm waiting for the new TV and will update you again.
Same story with the new TV from the replacement—stay away from this particular model. There might be a general manufacturing problem in the design. I used to value LG, but I am disappointed.
20/3/2026
With the credit LG gave me, I added a bit more and bought the LG QNED evo 75QNED93A6A and finally relaxed, incredible TV
uptade 14/1/2026
After many videos and reviews convinced me to buy this TV, from the very first activation the problem with light bleeding was immediately apparent, and if you look at the previous model, it has exactly the same and even worse problems. I returned it immediately due to a bit of light bleeding (I reported a fault within the first 30 minutes) and that's where the awful communication between LG, their external partner, and Plaisio began. They took the TV in 2 days, but the partner and LG couldn't communicate. I requested a refund and waited 20 days for LG to send the fault approval to Plaisio. Terrible service from LG (see other comments - people say the same about other products). The photos clearly show the issue, and don't believe the lies about the camera and lens. In the first photo, it's during a movie so it's not just black, in the second photo you can see how awful and problematic the TV is. It also says QNED but the lighting is only around the edges of the screen, the so-called local dimming is a lie and there are only 6 zones. If you're considering a TV in this price range, even the TCLs from the 6C series are much better. I went with the 65C8K and there's no comparison between the two TVs.
The TV is the best you can get for its price. 830 with a 5-year premium warranty for the 65". After thorough market research (I saw everything up close), I fortunately ended up with this one. I also happen to have had the LG B4 Oled in 55 inches for a year, which is also a very good TV for its money with an 8.1 rating on Rtings. Now, let's talk about this TV. Don't listen to anything about backlight bleed... It's laughable... Anyone who has had older LED TVs or more recent nanocell LED, QLED, QNED, etc., knows the bleeding was huge and is slowly getting better. This one has almost none. You don't notice it at all. Also, from reviewers' photos, you never see the bleed correctly; it is clearly exaggerated due to the camera lens, which absorbs the light. So, there is no TV except for OLEDs (self-illuminating LEDs) without a bit of bleed, which is completely normal. It is not a defect. It's simply a backlight that overpowers the black and is visible on the frame. The TV has amazing response thanks to the advanced A8 gen 2 processor, superior to the B4. The viewing angle is simply incredible and the contrast is the best for a TV at this price. Deep blacks, of course not OLED level, and fantastic colors. The brightness is more than enough but the sound is a real disappointment compared to the B4. Overall, VFM. The equivalent Samsung QNF70 - QNF80 are quite inferior. I recommend it unreservedly
As soon as I opened it, I noticed the white lighting at the edges of the screen… Unacceptable… I am waiting to see what LG will reply to me.
Update: The positive thing is that LG replaced the TV as defective, and afterwards the store informed me that there were other defective units as well. So I will change brands. Unfortunately (because I liked LG and their colors) I would not choose QNED again but only OLED from LG. I will go for premium models from SAMSUNG Neo QLED or SONY Mini LED.
Θα πάω σε premium μοντέλα της SAMSUNG Neo QLED ή SONY Mini LED.
The TV had a problem (blooming) from the beginning, they replaced it for me and I got the LG C5 55 which is an amazing TV!!

With the credit LG gave me, I added a bit more and bought the LG QNED evo 75QNED93A6A and finally relaxed, incredible TV

The TV had a problem (blooming) from the beginning, they replaced it for me and I got the LG C5 55 which is an amazing TV!!

very good television especially for 600 euros that I bought it perfect colors very good picture
