It contains fragrance, which is a major mistake for a specialized product intended for skin with this issue. It immediately caused redness, and with the second application, itching as well. It requires regular use twice a day for at least 1-2 months when redness is at its peak, and then maintenance day by day. You won't see results from one moment to the next, but I, who had a big problem, haven't used it for about a year now (mistake and negligence), and the redness has started to appear more intensely and burn me again. If I had done maintenance, I would have been okay.
