The Stringamajig board game combines drawing with charades, using a string to represent words. On each turn, the player drawing has 60 seconds to shape and move the string to represent a word for the others to guess—and, if time allows, more words.
The cards feature four numbered objects or phrases. The player chooses what to represent based on the numbers on the card. They can move the string to give clues, but they must not make any noise, and part of the string must remain in contact with the table. Challenge words are worth 2 points when guessed correctly: in the two-player challenge, the word is represented in the air with another player; in the “Don’t Look” challenge, the player draws with their eyes closed; and in the “Forbidden Word” challenge, guessing a specific word costs one card. Each correct guess earns a card for the player who guessed the word and one point for both the drawer and the guesser. The game ends after everyone has taken two turns as the drawer, or one turn in games with seven or more players. The player with the most points wins.
