Word Colony combines trivia, words, and strategic gameplay into a fresh and fun blend that is both challenging and enjoyable. At its core, players gather individual letter cards to form words. Most cards display a letter, a question, and a point value. Some cards are special and activate abilities such as: Immunity, Word Magic, Greeting, and Conquest.
In each round, a player will ask a question that the others attempt to answer correctly. Cards are earned for correct answers or when everyone fails. Then, the player will form words using their cards to earn points. To ensure that your new word isn’t stolen by another player, you must form a second, vertical word that intersects with the first. Congratulations! You’ve created your first Word Colony and you’re on your way to earning even more points as you expand it.
