First of all, I recommend caution, as the seller advertises the phone as white while it could actually be black, as in my case. The excuse for the color difference was that the supplier has white and black phones.
As for the phone itself, it would be a decent solution for elderly assistance if it cost 20 euros.
Specifically, the phone does function as a landline phone and the bracelet does what it promises in case of elderly emergency, but it has many problems as I mention below:
    1. As you can see on the seller's website, one of its main features is the 'loud speaker'. The phone does not have a loud sound compared to other mobile or landline devices, resulting in the elderly person not being able to hear it when it rings, as it only has one ringtone. The phone's receiver also has very low volume.
    2. The process of making an emergency call by pressing the button on the bracelet has a delay of about 40 seconds from pressing the button to calling the emergency contact. In my device, it was impossible to have a conversation with the elderly person when the call was made through this automated process, as the recipient of the call was unable to remotely activate the device's microphone.
    3. The device does not allow you to switch to speakerphone mode after lifting the receiver.
    4. There is no Greek menu or easy access to the call log.
Overall, it is a disappointing purchase that is presented very attractively through extensive details and advantages, hiding its problematic nature in this way.
