• Add balanced fertilizer with trace elements 40 gr/sq.m and sand if the soil is heavy.
• Install an irrigation system.
• Level the soil with a rake.
• Water and wait two days before proceeding with sowing.
• Sow the lawn by spreading the seed mixed with sand and lightly raking it in.
• Water for 10 minutes every 12 hours, keeping the soil moist for proper growth.
• Reduce watering as the grass develops.
• Apply fungicide preventively once a month.
