This particular mixture is the most resistant for shaded areas, creating a dense turf that performs equally well in both winter and summer. It shows moderate resistance to heavy use and remains green all year round, also suitable for non-shaded but moist areas.

The mixture contains:

• 40% Festuca rubra rubra
• 20% Lolium perenne
• 20% Festuca rubra colimutata
• 20% Festuca ovina duriscula

Useful tips for lawn installation:

• The lawn requires soil with good drainage and aeration.
• Remove weeds with herbicide before seeding.
• Add balanced fertilizer with trace elements 40 gr/sq.m. if needed.
• Install an irrigation system and level the soil with a rake.
• Water immediately after to ensure good moisture.
• Scatter the seed and mix with sand, then lightly cover with the rake.
• Water for 10 minutes every 12 hours for one week, keeping the soil moist.
• Reduce watering as the grass grows.
• Use fungicide preventively once a month.
