It is a formula of Effective Microorganisms (EM) with which the decomposing mixture of organic materials is inoculated. EM helps accelerate composting and also reduce odors that can arise when the carbon to nitrogen ratio is significantly lower than 30, meaning there is an excess of nitrogen in the mixture.

How to use:

• Dissolve in clean water (without chlorine) at a ratio of 4 parts water to 1 part EM.
