Description

Seamless beeswax cloth, 100% cotton

The beeswax cloth contributes to the thermal insulation of the hive and combats losses in bee colonies. Saving bee feed and the development of the colony are significant benefits. Colonies that are kept warm consume less food.

Additionally, it has been observed that the warmer the colonies are, the better the management of varroa, nosema, and chalkbrood.

  • The brood is maintained at 35 degrees, hatching normally without delay.
  • The organism is stronger and no problems are observed.
  • When the brood gets cold, hatching is delayed.
  • Varroa reproduces more and chalkbrood finds ideal conditions to develop.
