Ventilated plastic base Technoset, with flight board, designed to last for many years without any maintenance. Made from polypropylene copolymer, a material with high mechanical strength against outdoor conditions. It is not contaminated by bee diseases. It can be washed and cleaned very easily with water and soap.
The perforated base is suitable for removing varroa from inside the hive and all bee debris. It allows air to enter the hive, maintaining a healthy environment for the bees and facilitating the removal of moisture.
During the winter months, the base is closed with a special PVC tray (not included), which is placed on top of the mesh, preventing cold from entering inside.
